With a single source of responsibility change orders are unnecessary as the design is now part of iCON’s commitment to the owner. iCON takes the initiative to evaluate the new or existing building conditions closely and looks at structural and other major trade conflicts to come up with a constructable & sustainable design that takes total cost of ownership into account.
